Community

Supporting the community where we conduct our business is important to both the management and employees of Advantage Title. One of our four core values is "give back to the community." We recognize the need and importance in supporting local charitable oganizations. We actively support the following organizations in our community by donating goods and services, as well as monetary gifts. One of our many goals is to leave a positive, lasting impact for generations to come.

United Way
The United Way of Greater Lafayette mobilizes the community to improve the lives of those less fortunate. They provide leadership in defining and supporting community needs while coordinating resources to adddress community issues.

Rotary
Lafayette Daybreak Rotary is a group of business men and women with a heart for service. The Rotary motto of "Service Above Self" in combination with the "Four Way Test" of the things we think, say, and do, is at the very core of our business ethics, and drives our mission of making our world a better place.

Lafayette Transitional Housing
Lafayette Transitional Housing Center, Inc. is a non-profit organization which began in 1988 to develop housing, offer services, and other opportunities to foster self-sufficiency for the homeless, particularly families with children, in our community.

Habitat for Humanity
Habitat for Humanity of Lafayette is an affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International, a non-profit, ecumenical, Christian housing ministry. Since it's inception in 1984, Habitat has built over 200 homes in Tippecanoe, Carroll and White Counties.

Food Finders
Food Finders Food Bank has been a critical component of the welfare of of Tippecanoe and 15 other counties in Indiana, providing food to member agencies, advocating for the hungry, and educating the public about hunger related issues.

Meals on Wheels
Meals on Wheels of Tippecanoe County was established in 1963 by the Commision on Christian Concerns of Trinity Methodist Church. They provide warm, nutritious meals to over 100 elderly and disabled individuals throughout the Lafayette and West Lafayette area every day.

Read to Succeed
Read to Succeed is a community initiative led by the United Way of Greater Lafayette, Greater Lafayette Commerce and the local community school corporations designed to motivate our community to engage in our students' academic success.

The Wabash Valley Trust For Historical Preservation
The Wabash Valley Trust For Historical Preservation is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing a unified effort to educate and encourage interest in the heritage and architecture in the Wabash Valley area. They susbscribe to the preservation in the broadest sense, encompassing quality of life issues that effect the environment, urban districts, neighborhoods, and rural areas.
